Presented by:  Randy Hopkins
President and Chief Executive Officer, Team Excellence

Today the crisis in healthcare of spiraling operating costs, requires new approaches to overall performance management.  This session will present a business process that was developed utilizing specific healthcare-industry research assessing more than 600 licensed healthcare professionals.  Learn what is necessary to affect proactive performance management and ongoing performance improvement within your organization. Nationally, employee turnover in healthcare averages 23 percent annually.  This equates to a bottom line cost between 5 and 8 percent of total operating budget, or approximately $6.5 million for every $100 million of operating costs.

A case study will be presented for the 10 year experience of a Houston-based healthcare company that has maintained 3 percent annual turnover by utilizing this performance management business process.  You will want to know how this approach to total performance management has contributed millions of dollars in cost savings to this company’s bottom line.
