Sponsor Area includes 28 exhibit spaces and all Symposium food & beverage functions, including Two Cocktail Receptions, Two Breakfasts, Two Refreshment Breaks, and a Symposium Luncheon.

Exhibiting Sponsorships:

Donor Sponsors receive 8' x 8' tabletop exhibit space, two complimentary Symposium registrations, a linked listing on the TAHFA Symposium web page, recognition in the Symposium Program and on-site signage, and an advance registration list.

Benefactor Sponsors (2 available) receive a 16' x 8' oversized exhibit space located next to the entry/exit to the Symposium general education sessions, three complimenatary Symposium registrations, linked logo placement on the TAHFA Symposium web page, recognition in the Program and on-site signage, and an advance registration list.

Non-Exhibiting Sponsorships:

Golf Sponsor (1 available) - Three complimentary Symposium registrations, three complimentary golf tournament registrations (for Sunday, Sept. 21), linked logo on the Symposium web page, recognition in the Program, advance registration list, and the sponsor may provide a sign to be displayed at the golf tournament.

Reception Sponsors (1 available for each reception) - Three complimentary Symposium registrations, linked logo on the Symposium web page, recognition in the Program, advance registration list, may provide a sign to be displayed at the sponsored reception, and may provide 1 letter-sized insert for the Symposium registration packets.

Contributor Sponsors - One complimentary Symposium registration, listing on the Symposium web page, recognition in the Sympsosium Program and on-site signage, and advance registration list.

Space assignment is first-come, first-served and priority is given to paid registrations. The exhibit layout is preliminary pending fire marshal approval - some space may be slightly relocated in the final layout.

Hotel Room Cancellations

We want to accommodate all of the Providers who need to attend this Sympsoium, and who may be on our waiting list for hotel rooms. If you must cancel your hotel room, we ask that you make your cancellation through the TAHFA office at 713.995.4775 or 866.658.2432, or email to reservations@tahfa.org. You will not be charged for hotel rooms canceled through TAHFA by September 15.
