Meeting Policy

Terms of Registration

Early registration fees expire on September 5. $25 late fee applies after that date. If you do not receive an email confirmation of your registration, or if you have questions, please call the TAHFA office at 713.995.4775 or 866.658.2432, or email to reservations@tahfa.org.

Registrants unable to attend may send an alternate. Refunds, less a 25% service charge, for written cancellations received by September 5. Substitutions, but no refunds, after September 5.

Hotel Room Cancellations

We would like to accomodate attendees who are on our waiting list for hotel rooms. If you must cancel your hotel room, we ask that you make your cancellation through the TAHFA office at 713.995.4775, or email to reservations@tahfa.org. You will not be charged for hotel rooms canceled through TAHFA by September 15, 2008.

Continuing Professional Education Credit

18 Hours CPE
This program may be submitted to the Texas State Board of Public Accountancy for up to 18 continuing professional education contact hours sponsored by TAHFA, Sponsor #008907. There are no prerequisites for these education sessions.

14 ACHE Credits
The Texas Hospital Association, is authorized to award up to 14 hours of pre-approved Category II (non-ACHE) continuing education credit for the program toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives.

What to Wear

Business casual attire is recommended for educational sessions. Neat casual attire is appropriate for networking and social functions. NOTE: Meeting rooms tend to be cold. We strongly recommend a light jacket or sweater.
