The exhibit layout is preliminary pending fire marshal approval - some space may be slightly relocated in the final layout.

Hotel Room Cancellations

We want to accommodate all of the Providers who need to attend this Sympsoium, and who may be on our waiting list for hotel rooms. If you must cancel your hotel room, we ask that you make your cancellation through the TAHFA office at 713.995.4775 or 866.658.2432, or email to reservations@tahfa.org. You will not be charged for hotel rooms canceled through TAHFA by September 15.
